This is my first ever real photomanipulation on this sort of scale, I've often dabbled in certain areas e.g. eyes but nothing that comes close to an entire scene. Hope you like it

Vision
Originality Technique ImpactI like this a lot! I think it really captures the imagination and I love how the pelican looks as though it is about to go and eat the fish. I also especially love how the water looks like it has been cross-sectioned, it's a great effect. The colours are all well balanced, and the picture looks like a whole (rather than a bunch of pics spliced together). The mainland gives the impression that this little island has broken off from something larger, and the lone island, tree, pelican and fish presents a feeling of isolation. If it was me, I probably would have put a few more fish in the water, and had that one on its own away from the group, but that's just me. All in all, I think this deviation has a lot of thought behind it and gives an overall feeling of solitude.
